When they first advertise a product and have a large quantity, they start off at a bargain price.

If sales are steady the price stays, BUT if sales increase quickly, then so does the price, in this case it has doubled.

They seem to have an auto priceing software, that maximises profit by increasing price, directly proportional to sales volume per time unit :-X

Has anyone seen this in use elsewhere?

Well I ordered one on Monday, payment taken Monday, email confirmation received monday...... No trace of the order on their system though!

Identical to when my mum ordered something beginning of December, maybe their software can't handle our address? >:(

I think Ebuyer has changed the price of this back to £10.57 with free postage.

I too had to wait a hell of a long time for a PCI card. Over a month I had to wait and to top that they even sent me the wrong part. You can only contact them by email and you can only send items back with a return number they supply you with. I had the order sent to me withing one week but waited three for the correct part to be delivered.

I will not be using these again and I told them so.

Got my delivery note yesterday too... On a bit of investigating it appears I have 2 accounts with the same email address hence the 'invisible' order! Odd thing is the account names are xxxx and xxxx2, yet xxxx2 is the one I first ordered with a few years back ???
