After 7 months the FOS has moved my case against First Plus/Norton Finance to an ajudicator....yippp peeee.
The end is in sight one way or another.
Any one any idea how long it will be now...i spoke to him & he said he has all the paperwork he needs.... thanx

Hi there,
Good news now that your complaint have been moved on to the adjudicator.
The time can actually vary, but if straightforward for example your talking possibly 6-8 weeks.
Sometimes the other party can request for further time, the adjudicator normally agrees, but only a certain time.
Hopefully yours will be resolved sooner rather than later, at the worst, some have taken over a year or more, good luck with yours.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

I have had a number of claims ongoing now and have had some good results now that your claim has been handed to a adjudicator it will take about 8 weeks for a decision
If the decision is found in your favor and the bank/company do not respond to that decision then it will then go to an ombudsman for a final decision which will take a further 4-8 weeks. So hang on in there.0 -

Can you tell us who FOS have excepted the complaint against? Was it FP or Norton?0 -
