    Hi there,

Good news now that your complaint have been moved on to the adjudicator.
The time can actually vary, but if straightforward for example your talking possibly 6-8 weeks.
Sometimes the other party can request for further time, the adjudicator normally agrees, but only a certain time.

Hopefully yours will be resolved sooner rather than later, at the worst, some have taken over a year or more, good luck with yours.;)

  • I have had a number of claims ongoing now and have had some good results now that your claim has been handed to a adjudicator it will take about 8 weeks for a decision
If the decision is found in your favor and the bank/company do not respond to that decision then it will then go to an ombudsman for a final decision which will take a further 4-8 weeks. So hang on in there.

Can you tell us who FOS have excepted the complaint against? Was it FP or Norton?
