Help in repairing badly fitted slate?

Have 2 slates that are slightly protruding upwards and that littlegap is letting in water when we get torrential rain and wind which forces the water back up (shallow pitch roof)

Its not possible to bang them down into place due to the way the builders [insert abuse] constructed the roof!

Would I be able to seal the protruding bits with something called Evo-Stik Flashband & Primer?

If the tiles are slipping you can push them back into place, if you overlap the tiles with the tape it will hold them in place, but this would only be a repair. Tiles need to be dry and if its very cold warm the tape first. Regards bri

Tiles arent slipping - they just arent resting flush with the others.

Just apply the primer - and the tap (in the right conditions) and job done.

How do you warm the tape up??
