Paypal email scam - BEWARE!

Just got a 'Paypal' email to my Hotmail to inform me that they had placed limited access on my account, as they noticed that someone had tried to gain unauthorised access to it.
It looked completely kosher but I googled about it before I clicked the link it contained to 'lift the limited access'.
Glad I did because loads came up about how this is a scam/phishing/identity theft type thing:
