Sky misselling.

Hello all
I took out a 12 month contact with Sky in September, they said I would get £50.00 Voucher to spend at Tesco but it would take 3 weeks.
10 weeks later and numerous e mails and phone calls I still have not had the voucher. Who should I contact about this?

email customer services and choose the option to cancel your contract, advise them you wish to cancel because they haven't fulfilled the contract by sending you the vouchers, I did this and they soon paid up. Good luck0

i think they might have messed up somewhere ...
i did this and got the £50 tesco voucher and free sky + box0 -

I did this when I rang them and they said ' You can't cancel it's a 12 month contract and we could charge you £400.00 for the Sky+ box plus the rest of next years subscriptions.!You live..You learn.:)0 -

They said they could understand my frustration, but it was the system. They raised the vouchers for payment on the 4th Nov saying it would take 28 days at the Max! Now they jst say' don't worry you will get them and even if it is after christmas you can still spend them! There attitude stinks.You live..You learn.:)0 -

Had an e mail this morning from Sky, with reference to my complaints, not getting Tesco Vouchers.
They have offered me £50.00 M&S Vouchers instead of Tesco. I have accepted this offer as I use M&S for food and clothes, so every little helps, especially at this time of the year.:rotfl:You live..You learn.:)0 -
It always used to be M and S vouchers, not Tesco. Sounds like Sky are going a bit more downmarket, if that's possible.0
