You'll need to get an adapter so you can use the charger, but afaik there are no differences between Nintendo DSs from different countries

DS games don't have any regions, so a game from anywhere in the world will play on a DS from anywhere in the world (I'm pretty sure on this, you may want to check though)

Other consoles like the PSP have region protection.

DarkSun is right, but you asked a valid question. games for the DS are effectively 'region-free' i've been getting some from my contacts in the US, saved me a small fortune
    £4988 Lloyds TSB Mastercard
    £400 O/D Lloyds TSB
    £2650 Lloyds TSB Loan
    £5070 Black Horse Finance

Skint, but I have a plan.... an MSE Plan!!!

If you have got a gameboy advance sp then the charger will work from that.
I've just done a search on ebay and there are loads for about £3
Dig inside; inside is the fountain of good, and it will forever flow, if you will forever dig.

I'm sure the charger for the DS lite is different to the normal DS/GBA one.
