can someone advise sky phone/broadband package please

hi please can someone advise me? my dad recently passed away and everyone is throwing advice at my mum who is in total shock so my auntie tells her she needs to go onto sky and have sky tv/phone/broadband package would anyone be kind enough to offer their opininon please??

she currently pays approx £22 sky £30 phone and £15 broadband.

I want to help her but dont know what to advise for the best thanks

Sky line rental is £11 per month and you get free evening and weekend calls with this; with Sky Talk. Which broadband option is available depends on your postcode; do a search under sky postcode checker.

don't do it - i had no end of problems. sky talk and broadband customer service was appalling (to put it mildly!). took me 3 months to sort out one very smal prob that took b t 2 days to sort in the end!

You need to advise what broadband and phone package she is currently on. £30 per month for line rental and call package is absurdly high, it should be around £16-£17.
Broadband price will depend on what service she is on and what exchange.
Are you even sure that the current arrangements are out of contract?
