I bought this from carphone warehouse in March this year, half an hour ago took it out my pocket and it's totally dead. Not battery as have tried with replacement and still nothing. I have just phoned Carphone Warehouse and they tell me they will send it away and it will take 2 weeks for repair. Does anyone know what my rights are re a refund or replacement as this is only 8 months old in as new condition plus I cannot really be without a mobile for 2 weeks.

I'm sure the terms and conditions of the contract state that they are obliged to repair OR replace the item if it's un repairable. Same kind of thing happend to my Samsung phone and I had to wait 4 weeks but they did supply me with a temporary phone - I'm sure that is one of the condidtions.0
