Be careful about tickets on National Express to airports. Check that it's not cheaper to book through to another destination via the airport. My wife travelled from Leicester to Heathrow and was offered a seat at £32. By buying a seat from Leicester to Reading Via Heathrow the cost was £24. She just got off at Heathrow and saved £8!!
So it looks as though National Express charge a supplement for the airport services.
