Need help on who to talk to!!!!

I am currently in a dilema, I have a few credit cards and want to move them on to cheaper or 0% interest rates for balance transfers. My credit rating is classed as FAIR although I have never missed a payment or defaulted on any financial commitments.
I have recently applied to my bank HSBC for 0% for 15 months on Balance Transfers just to lower the amount of interest I pay each month but have been declined. This seems to be a vicious circle as all I am trying to do is pay stuff off quicker. Can anyone give me some advice.

Credit rating isn't just about not missing payments. It's also about how much debt you have compared to how much you earn. If you already have a lot of debt compared to the amount of money you have coming in, then you will find it hard to get the best cards.

Tell us what cards you already have at the moment, how much you owe on them, and roughly what your income is and people here will be able to recommend what to do next. It might be that you should consider getting a loan instead.
