price mistake question

hi i'm new here and wondering if someone could help which a query i have?

i ordered items from tescoentertainment, which a couple of days later they emailed me to say that the items were incorrectly priced so wouldn't be sent. they then took the money from my account but when they tried to refund it to me' my card details had expired. i'm wondering if the fact that they've taken the money for it entitles me to those games at the original price that they quoted?

If you look on the first two pages of this forum this question has been asked 3-4 times.

The answer is yes they are within their rights to cancel the order. Until dispatch/delivery of the goods, either party may withdraw from the contract. After delivery, their rights are diminished, but you still have up to 7 working days to cancel.
