Hi, I've got loads of photos on my laptop and i want to put them onto an SD memory card for use on a digital photoframe.
I tried putting the SD card in the camera and connecting it to the laptop and trying to copy and paste from my hard drive to the camera SD card but it wouldn't let me.
Any suggestions? (I don't have a memory card slot on my laptop and I don't really want to by a card reader)
many thanks

Is the SD card locked?

SD card reader/writers are available for £1.:doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -
espresso is correct, see usb sd card readers in my local 99p shop
also available at the £1 shop aswell. but connect via the usb port, and act like a usb flash card.0 -
Hi, I'll check if the memory card is locked (that hadn't occurred to me
)
Also i had no idea that card readerswere so cheap, so that would be my fallback position

I got one a while ago from there. Can't quite remember how much it was though ... But is is USB 2.0 and everything !
They also have mini 4-port USB hubs, for about the same price.
Also got a 2m long USB extension cable (great for connecting a keyboard to the Wii) and a Firewire cable. They might have been around the £1 mark, or there abouts.0
