What to do with my old Sky+ Box

moneyuser You are right but it can be a Freesat PLus subscription which is just under £10 a month, much cheaper than Sky. That is what we have and it works well but you only get the Freesat channels.0

Thanks troublegum - that'll be why it's finally tracked - but at zero then!
Thanks to everyone for all their help. Will give the software a go.
But as a fallback, can anyone confirm then whether I can watch the stuff on the hard drive if the Sky card's in the HD box? I wasn't quite clear from some of the earlier posts? While some of the stuff on the old box's hard drive was from Sky, a lot of the gigs I wanted to keep were from the BBC - Glastonbury, etc.
It would be good to know that I can just connect the old box up via a scart lead to watch the stuff on the hard drive.
Thanks again. :TBig thanks to Martin Lewis for helping us start to sort out our finances!!!:A
