Scottish Power Account Number

Hi.
I'm writing this on behalf of my brother.
He has lost his gas card for his pre-payment meter and has phoned every number I have been able to find for him online.
Every number he phones, they all want his account number, the problem is he doesn't have his account number, he can't find any old bills or anything.
Does anyone have any idea how he can get a replacement card without having the account number please.

I'm glad that your brother got a new key however he should not have had to call about for 2 days to get this. If your brother calls SP on any of our numbers then he can be transferred to the relevant department who will be able to locate his account information from the property address. He will be required to answer a number of security questions (confirm date of birth, telephone number etc) first before we will take any action on the account but this should not have caused any issue for your brother. If this happens again in the future, ask to speak to a Manager as this sounds to me like a training issue that needs to be addressed as it is certainly not company policy to only deal with customers that know their account number.
