I doubt you have 10% on purchases tho. Standard is 18.9%. Think thats' just an example on the credit agreement. Should tell you on the top right of the letter the card was attached to.

yes the top right of letter says

Promotional Purchase 10.0% (variable)
Standard Purchase 18.9% (variable)
Cash Advance 22.9% (variable)
Balance Transfer 18.9% (variable)


the 10% is promotional so not sure how long for.

Hmmm, didn't realise that. May need to double check mine. Tho I only got it for the 0% for 6 months on BT's.

Yes I noticed the website , not sure what it said when I got it. Have you signed up online? I still cannot get onto site, keeps saying to try later.

No not yet. Hardly even looked at the card. Was trying to see if I could add the account to my Flybe account thats on there but seems I may have to set up a new one.

OK. I've phoned up Sygma and got them to confirm the offer on the card. Mine also said a 10% promotional rate and 18.9% on BT's. However, the guy on the phone has confirmed to me that I have 0% purchases 3 months and 0% BT's 6 months.

So you should have the same but if you want to give them a ring and confirm.

Thanks just rang them and confirmed, you would think it would have been on paperwork but sorted now lol

Still cannot get online with it as their site is down and no pin yet.

Yeah I can't get into my online account either. Can get into my Flybe one just fine so it maybe that things don't get sorted on that end until the first statement perhaps?
