Independent of who - the government? But it's a government body set up by statute by the governement to do government work.

defaulted on a nat west loan = taken over by ascent who we were paying . then taken over by trebom. fos= debt may have been sold twice??? if so we can complain to nat west ?? what would this achieve??0
