I got this email last night
Dear Sirs,
It is with great regret that as a result of matters beyond our control, we have to confirm Beach Holidays Ltd. will no longer trade with immediate effect.
I am pleased say however, according to our records all the payments you have made to Beach Holidays Ltd have been via credit card. This should ensure you receive full refunds. Unlike organisations such as ABTA and ATOL (CAA), who it seems can drag out settlements for months, the credit card companies are usually very good and refunds can be paid in a matter of weeks
I would like to thank all our loyal customers past and present for all the business you have provided us with. I know many of you have very good relationships with our team members and you will be pleased to know they have all found positions with another holiday company.
Some of the Team have kindly made themselves available to minimise the inconvenience and personally assist you with the re booking of your holiday. They will be available from 2nd December from 10am. On telephone number 01509 808132 – 01509 808117.

I only booked with them 2 weeks ago, and they insisted on a credit card payment, but their website is still up, so dont book with them.
