I ordered at 9.15am ish but had no email confirmation however when I go to my account on M+S the order has just disapered,has this happened to anyone else? I take it it has been cancelled :-(

ordered 2 whisky and 2 fizz and 2 port, they have split the order despatching whisky separtly, fingers crossed for the rest to follow

I can't believe they haven't noticed a glitch of this size, especially as they've already had similar glitches - in my experience this would usually lead to the IT dept testing specifically for them - but they're not even invoking their own small print to cancel the orders. I'm thinking they want to shift as much as possible of the stuff that usually gets heavily marked down in the sale while customers still have money in their pockets. There have been a lot of extremely good reductions already - enough that I had my Xmas shopping completed a few weeks ago and am now just picking up sillies.

Got my dispatched letter at abt 3pm today. Placed 2 orders at 130/2am respectively. Similar items/quantity. Used 15% code for one, 10%+decsns for the other. Really happy now. Thanks op!

Whoop Whoop!! Just got my dispatch email!! That is for 1st order for 1 item! I have a 2nd order (only because I decided I wanted the whisky and jug set after I had placed my first order lol) which is saying expected delivery date 14th so I shall wait and see!
