Everybody would have had a good chance of getting this offer honoured if there weren't so many greedy, selfish people around. (See HDUK site) Why can't people see a genuine bargain and show a little restraint?

Regarding the "thanks" debate this deal was first posted over on HUKD last night and peeps may, as I usually do, thank the OP where they first spotted it.

i just thanked you, thinking you were talking about people doing multiple orders....
    i also ordered £40 worth 5 items - came to £7.xx
and i suppose thats bad in your eyes too??

what is the point of people being kind enough to share the glitch info if we are not 'allowed' (in your eyes)
    to actually order anything?
don't get your thinking....the person you quoted had just made a standard order similar to the rest of us:confused::confused:

Seems a bit harsh to single out this poster when there's people on the thread that have tried to blag over £200 of stuff for £3.50!!

I believe this glitch was posted on Hot Deals too so I would imagine there would be many people there also making large orders - it will always be this way I'm afraid.

Personally I made a small order of 4 items and used one of the codes - didn't go through Quidco on purpose as I've seen others get their orders cancelled quicker in the past.

I've taken advantage of a few M&S glitches previously and I've been lucky in the past and had them honoured - to be honest for me personally it would be nice to recieve the items but I'm not on the edge of my seat - really doesn't matter to me one way or another

EDIT - I had assumed your remark wasn't relating to my order of 4 items for a tenner when others are ordering in multiples of 10 but maybe you were referring to me personally - if so I really don't think I have severely abused the glitch in quite the way others have!

I can understand what you are saying, but we cannot really judge people without knowing their circumstances. For all we know, someone could have ordered 10 Whiskey Sets to give to people in the old folks home. I do appreciate that huge orders tend to flag up glitches quickly (which it seems to have done as the glitch has been fixed) but I personally don't feel right about commenting on someone else's order. If there were £50 food hampers coming up at £3.50 then I'm the first to admit I would order not just for myself but for my loved ones too.

Well just checked my account and it is still showing as the lower amount and says delivery 8th December. But i will wait for the confirmation email from M&S until i get too excited.

Will be good if it works but I am so tired this morning, i was about to go to bed when I saw the thread.

Any money saved will be spent at Boots for creams and potions to get rid of the dark circles under my eyes. lol
