M&S price glitch: 75% off alcohol gifts!

So if I dont recieve a cancellation email I shall just look out around the days before the expected delivery for the money taken from my account!

I wonder if they caught on then adjusted all the prices... maybe they will honour some of those that have done it!

Marks and Littlewoods, thankfully not the same at all.

See my post re Daly sets, they honoured that.

Once you get the despatch mail, it specifically states it forms their contract, and has all the order details there including the price.

If they catch the glitch before despatch (surely they will this time!) they'll email us, as they did you, and we can cancel.

Nothing ventured nothing gained.

But M&S really need to get a better IT dept if they want to stay solvent.

Went to checkout - items showing at £7. xx

Put in credit card details, items went up to £14. xx to pay for 3 items. Reloaded, and price stuck at £14. xx

Wouldn't let me deliver to store either, so not too fussed. Good luck to those who took a punt.

Although my order total was £3.50, the lower part of my email and the printed copy show a 'Grand Total' of £18.04.???

Maybe they'll honour those that weren't 'greedy' buys - but look like normal Xmas shopping! Or is that too much to hope for???

I hope they do honour them!! Its ok to take advantage of a glitch but there also taking the !!!! with it!! Which I think alot of people do! IE with the virgin train offer buying the 50p ticket for £5 cashback with quidco!

well ordered at 10am fingers crossed , only ordered what i needed , and wasnt greedy
