Minsk - I don't think they are processing in chronological order. I ordered around 4 hours after you and a lot of people who ordered after me had despatch emails before I did.

I think it may have something to do with what you ordered, not when you ordered.

However the items i orderd were not out of stock at time of placing the order and that is my point. Appologies for sounding harsh and i wasnt having a winge i was just dissapointed that M&S dont seem to use first come first served system.

Unfortunately that seems to have happened to a few people and it seems to me that it's on very particular items.

I don't think people are bragging on here at all. I've really appreciated people posting when they got their despatch notes or even their goods because it gave me hope that my order would go through. When I got my despatch note I posted so that it would give others hope. I think people are genuinely happy they found an amazing deal, especially as this Xmas is going to be a hard one for many.

If you want to shake a stick at anyone, I'd shake it at a few of the HDUK nutters. I read people on there who were placing orders well in excess of £1k and saying they didn't even really want the stuff, they were just doing it for a laugh! :rolleyes:

It obviously seems a little unfair if some get and some don't (especially if they ordered before those who get, so I do have sympathy for Minsk actually) but that's the way glitches work, it's not too nice to be snidey about it.

My orders (small and paid more then £3.50 for) were accepted but there's plenty of other glitches I've missed out on....I don't think anyone here will be in the position of benefiting from every glitch that's ever happened. Some you win, some you don't.

Well I was in Singapore a the time and ordered at an ungodly hour GMT which was about 11am in Singapore.

As an experienced (?) glitch follower I ordered quickly without much finesse, but it amounted to 270 with a final price to me of £72.

Account has just moved to despatching soon, so getting closer.

I'm amazed that this has worked out for anyone, let alone the rest of us if it goes as it seems it may.

Either, some poor middle manager is sh1tting himself and hasnt blabbed or they have decided that the lesser of the two evils is to lose a hundred grand - would be interesting to know what has actually happened - let the conspiracy theories begin....

Well done to everyone anyway and Minsk - I know how you feel but don't let it spoil your day!

i was wandering is there anyone on here who actually works for m&s and may know a little about what m&s are doing?

like someone said before maybe they would rather send out the ggods and lose money than have all those complaints an bad press
