Problem with MOTHERCARE own brand travel cot

DO NOT BUY the MOTHERCARE OWN BRAND travel cot. It is useless. I tried two, and they were really awkward to put up and take down. It takes a lot of force to open/close and Mothercare claim we misused it. The Mothercare shop manager was unhelpful. I had to insist that the shop refers the matter to Mothercare Head Office, and await their response.
I bought a GRACO travel cot instead (but not from Mothercare !) . So far the GRACO travel cot seems really easy to use. It has a much better design than the Mothercare one.
A week later, I received a full refund credit from the Mothercare Head Office - that was good service

I would add dont buy any sort of cot from mothercare. i'm onto my second and the pin keeps falling out. The first one snapped!
Also their £20 buggy umbrellas break very easily - onto my 2nd one of them too.
