Tesco Extra 500 Clubcard Points Bonanza

Sorry if this is posted already. I did a search but possibly missed it.
Tesco is offering an extra 500 points if you but any 5 items from a list from http://www.tesco.com/superstore/frames/default.asp?url=/superstore/product/list.aspx?id=709&showBasket=Y&leftnav=/superstore/frames/mainContent.asp. The cheapest combination i found was £12.38 so with double points you get 524 points = £20.96 with 4x offers so £8.72 profit and you don't get penalised if you order an item that isn't in stock.
Very similar to the pre-order offer on entertainment they give 500 points in february's statement.

• 1. You must buy 5 different products from the list below to qualify.
• 2. The promotion is valid for deliveries up to 23.59 on the 15th December 09
• 3. You will still receive your extra points if availability issues mean that you don't have your products delivered.
• 4. Points will go onto your Clubcard account for your February 2010 statement.
• 5. This offer is valid on one transaction only, and can only be used once by each customer.
• 6. You need to be 18 years or over to purchase alcohol.

£12.38 total for the extra 500 points cheapest I could see.
You would need to either pay for delivery with this or build it into an existing order. I don't think instore is doing it unless anyone else can confirm otherwise. The preorders offer on entertainment was online only.

So must be 5 different items. I am putting 5 different items in my basket but the extra 500 points are not showing though. Taking a screen shot just in case! Thanks for the heads up about the finest chicken :j

the points will be a seperate credit come February statement time. It won't show just now.

Silly question but do all the statements come out @ the same time of the month, if so when do people generally receive them?
