Changing Scottish Power tariff

My Scottish Power "Fixed Price Energy Online" tariff has just ended. I have looked at comparison sites and it looks like Scottish Power are still pretty much the cheapest for me, but I need to switch to the "Online Energy Saver 7" tariff. I have tried doing this online by logging into my account but I can't find a tariff with this exact name. I go to "change my service" and select "online" and there are a few different options. Is it the one called "Discount energy online" or is it something else? Is the Saver 7 tariff even available to existing customers?

i think i'm in a similar situation as yourself. i was on the "fixed price energy online" 12 month contract which ended a couple of days ago i've just phoned them and been told i'm now on the "fixed rate" tarrif, and was also told about the "online saver 7". the "online saver 7" is marginally cheaper but you ar contracted for 12 month. with the "fixed rate" you are not contracted, and he said the price you pay now will stay the same till june, but if their rate does drop you can phone up and request to be put on the new lower rate.

just call them up and they can change the tariff if yo are having problems doing it through the online account. they are; 0845 270 6543 (local rate call)

can you remember what the rate waas for the "fixed price energy online"because the guy said the rates were a bit cheaper now? also what is the address for the price comparison site?
