Hi,
I recently purchased a PSP GO and a HMV pure reward card from HMV online, I bought the PSP GO when it was on the £148.99 price and paid the £3 for the reward card. I put my shipping address as my uni address which is not the same as my billing (home) address. I then received an email telling me that my order had been cancelled and my account suspended. I replied to the email to get my account reactivated HMV did not reply before the end of the day so I called customer service and the customer service representative said I would receive an activation link within 48 hours.
It has been over 48 hours and I have yet to receive the activation link, so I phoned customer service and they said they would pass this on to management. As well as this this morning I have learnt that HMV have charged me for the HMV pure reward card and set up an account when it should have been cancelled with the PSP GO. Can anybody give any advice because I want the PSP GO at the price when I made the order not the current price (£199), because I don't really want to phone customer service again as I am on pay as you go and have already spend £7 credit just phoning customer service.
I have checked my junk mail on my e-mail account and it is not there.
Sorry if this is not the right forum to post this on.
Thanks in advance,
Mark.

some online stores only ship to billing address when over 100 quid, this could of put your account into query and suspension, but they should call you 1st.Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)
new target savings by Feb 2010: 30,0000 -
Yer, I wished they had. Now they have decided to charge for the reward card and have given me a reward card account. My hmv account is still suspended.
I would ideally like to get the PSP GO at the price I bought it at, or if not getting a refund for the reward card and the money I have wasted on phoning customer service, can anybody give me any advice?0
