'SKY' of problems

Sky is the worst company i have ever done business with. Currently, i am living in a 'SKY' HELL.
I took TV, Broadband and Phone with SKY. They advertise an up to 20 Mb Broadband speed and the speed i get is close to 1Mb. I had numerous problems opening up basic picture files on the internet when i was on the highest broadband package. I had to spend nearly 4 hrs on the phone to try and resolve this. In the first instance, i was mis-sold and then no one tried to resolve the issue of low speed. Eventually, i advised them to downgrade my package to the MID package. This was supposed to be done in April 2009. Here, we are in Dec 2009 (7 months) and it still hasn't been done. I am still paying for services i cant' get. No one seems to be capable of resolving this and refunding me. No one has got a clue why this hasn't been downgraded.No one seems to take ownership of problems. One call to SKY today took 52 mins, I spoke to 7 advisors and was eventually asked to write an email.
It's SKY 'Hell' out there that we are living in. I advise everyone not to make the mistake of opting for SKY. It's the worst nightmare you can get. Opt for SKY and get in to a 'SKY' of problems. NEVER CHOOSE SKY IN YOUR LIFE

I'd suggest posting on https://www.skyuser.co.uk you may get more help there as Sky employees often post.
Have Sky ever asked you to plug your router into your test socket and obtain your router statistics?
If not it would be worth doing this and posting them either here or over on skyuser.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
