The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to ‘Win a pack of Christmas CDs’ on Classic FM ("the Competition") which will run from Tuesday 1 December to Monday 14 December 2009 at 23:59. The "Participating Radio Station" is Classic FM.
By entering this Competition, anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
1. Details of the Competition
1.1 For the Duration of the Competition, listeners will be invited to enter the Competition by registering online.

1.2 To enter the Competition an Entrant must complete the required details and click on the 'Submit' button.
1.3 All those who enter before the closing date will be entered into a free prize draw.
1.4 The winner/s will be chosen at random by an independent party within 24 hours of the closing date.

1.5 All matters relating to the selection at random of Entrants and all other matters relating to the Competition will be at the discretion of Global Radio UK Ltd and the Participating Radio Station.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Any employees of Global Radio UK Ltd, their immediate family or any other persons directly connected with the Competition are unable to enter into the competition.
2.2 The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland only.
2.3 Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if Global Radio UK Ltd discovers before the delivery of a prize that for any reason under these Rules or Terms and Conditions the winner should have been ineligible to enter the Competition or the entry should have been declared invalid, Global reserves the right to determine that the winner is disqualified.
2.4 Global Radio UK Ltd and the Participating Radio Stations shall not be responsible for any failure on behalf of an Entrant whose text message or telephone call are not received by Global Radio UK Ltd or the Participating Radio Station.
2.5 An Entrant must participate in the Competition himself or herself. In the event that a party other than the Entrant attempts to enter the Competition on behalf of that Entrant (whether disclosed or not), that entry will be forfeited and no Prize will be delivered.
3. Prize
3.1 All decisions of the Global Radio UK Ltd and Participating Radio Stations’ representatives will be final and binding on the Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.2 Each winner will receive a pack of CDs including: Hayley Westenra ‘Winter Magic’, Andrea Bocelli ‘My Christmas’, Faryl Smith ‘Wonderland’, 'Christmas with the Divas', Sting ‘On a Winter’s Night’, Heroes ‘Band of the Coldstream Guards' and
Fron Male Voice Choir ‘Memory Lane’. There are five packs to be won.
3.3 Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative.
