Any idea on where I would stand on getting this refunded and how? The person who served did tell me it came with a 2 month warrenty.

You should return to store. I know Cash Converters probably don't have an automatic x-day refund policy, but you would be within your rights to get a refund if you went back tomorrow.

lol I once bought an ipod video from cash converters, when we got it home the screen had marks on it and it crashed every time you turned it on. We just took it back and said we want a refund, they said they'd have to 'test it' and after about 5 minutes they agreed to refund it.

Don't take no or a credit note for an answer!

All done and sorted. Took about 10 mins in all. I have now brough a new Nokia 6303 Classic from the Orange Shop. Originally cost £79.00 with £10.00 top up. But got £18 off due to phone fund, and got the free £60 Gift box (With Skulcandy Headphones).

    Thanks for your help guys.
