Clueless

I know I'm going to sound stupid, but does the Lords decision on bank charges make any difference to me starting a claim on credit card charges?

No it doesn't make any difference to you starting a claim on credit card charges.
No its not a stupid question. Its quite a common question actually.
  • As above (good post hax) - but best wait til next week in all honesty as there could be a few 'decisions' made this week what with the 12 test cases.....

Basically, so far MBNA have bolted just a day before court which looks good cos not the 12 become 10 with the consumer 2-0 up already......

Hold fire til next week then see what gets reported about the test cases.....
