quidco - help please

hi. i couldn't find where to post this so sorry if it shouldn't be here.

i signed up to quidco a while back and bought a few things, following their links. nothing i bought seemed to get tracked. i didn't worry about this for a while but decided to look at it today. some of the bits i bought are from 3 months plus ago, and are still not tracked. i did an enquiry and they say there is no record of me visiting the sites where i bought stuff from. this is just blatantly wrong. i can't figure out how to contact them and i really need to cos this is costing me a not insubstantial amount. can anyone help please?

    Hi there

There is a special Quidco thread on the referrer's board which someone from the Quidco team reads and contributes to.

There is also a "Contact Us" menu at the top of the Quidco homepage and through that there is a comments and suggestions link where you should be able to contact them and hopefully resolve your problems.
    Hope that helps

thanks guys. i'll try your suggestions. you may well be right about not logging in. i usually have my browser remember all my details but it's possible i wasn't logged in when i followed the links, in which case your doughnut comparison is justified. hmm, hopefully they'll honour it anyway. will give it a go.

McMurphy, if you weren't logged in they can't track it to you and the companies won't pay quidco and quidco in turn can't pass it on to you - sorry dude :)

I think there is a tool there to help you check if your settings on your system allow their cookies to track your transactions properly but I could be getting muddled :)
