hi. i couldn't find where to post this so sorry if it shouldn't be here.
i signed up to quidco a while back and bought a few things, following their links. nothing i bought seemed to get tracked. i didn't worry about this for a while but decided to look at it today. some of the bits i bought are from 3 months plus ago, and are still not tracked. i did an enquiry and they say there is no record of me visiting the sites where i bought stuff from. this is just blatantly wrong. i can't figure out how to contact them and i really need to cos this is costing me a not insubstantial amount. can anyone help please?

Hi there
There is a special Quidco thread on the referrer's board which someone from the Quidco team reads and contributes to.
There is also a "Contact Us" menu at the top of the Quidco homepage and through that there is a comments and suggestions link where you should be able to contact them and hopefully resolve your problems.
Hope that helps0 -
Hi mcmurphy, i dont wont to make out you a doughnut but are you sure you where logged in as you can click through to shops without logging in and if your in a rush or your mind is elsewhere its easily done, just a thought

thanks guys. i'll try your suggestions. you may well be right about not logging in. i usually have my browser remember all my details but it's possible i wasn't logged in when i followed the links, in which case your doughnut comparison is justified. hmm, hopefully they'll honour it anyway. will give it a go.0

McMurphy, if you weren't logged in they can't track it to you and the companies won't pay quidco and quidco in turn can't pass it on to you - sorry dude

I think there is a tool there to help you check if your settings on your system allow their cookies to track your transactions properly but I could be getting muddled
