Is anyone having problems with getting the items they ordered from TRU last week? I ordered hammys and funhouse on thursday. On friday I ordered some accessories (surf/skateboard) and mr squiggles. My thurs order arrived on monday via royal mail (did not have to sign) but i've yet to receive fridays order. My despatch email said they should be here by today - after phoning them all they can say is that if not here by tomorrow they can reorder (yeah right) or refund - they say definately posted but dont seem concerned. I ordered 2 hammies and the playset with Standard Delivery, which should have arrived by yesterday however, it still hasn't arrived :mad: I spoke to TRU and they have said my parcel is with Royal Mail i have to wait a few more days and they will refund me? He was basically confirming wot i already think...... My parcel is not coming aaaaarrggghhh. i did recieve my skate board, surf board and the elusive ball which was ordered the same day using the special delivery :j

oh no! My cousin facebooked me the other night and asked how to get hamsters, I managed to get her chunk and pipsqueak from tesco, they arrived today and Chunk doesn't work!! I tried to phone Tescos but got fed up after 20 mins on hold. I gave her my Chunk and hope Tescos have some put aside for replacing damaged ones

Which account your store order history account or your bank?

If its your store order history then if the order isn't showing then its likely they have no order for you (someone else here had same issue and emailed them to be told the order hasn't gone through, if its your bank then don't worry they don't put the payment through until dispatch. HTH

the store account, i did email them today but had no reply yet, ive heard though that they take a few days to reply so ill wait to see what they say. thanks for your reply!
