I mailed TRU and got this reply (edited)

"Having investigated, I can confirm that your order was despatched from our warehouse.

Though we aim for the highest standards in our shipping operations, we do have to accept that on occasion accidental loss or damage can occur during transit. This would appear to be the case in this instance.

As this Go Go range is out of stock we are unable to issue a replacement and have actioned a refund back to your payment card, please allow 4 working days for this to appear in your account." :mad:

Obviously I am not happy. Anyone else had a similar problem?

mine was also meant to be delivered yesterday, I emailed last night, they said if it didnt appear by friday, let them know for replacement (yeah right) or refund, but I have a note from the post office to say they had it, and I just picked it up

Might be an idea to check at our local sorting offices if anyone else is waiting....

mine was a no show today. If I log on to the TRU site and look at my order I get

..Remember, your order requires a signature on delivery ..

So i'm thinking this isn't actually the case from the last few posts ?

have already checked for my tru order - all they say is refund - in some ways i hope they refund and all the orders turn up!!!!!!!!!!!!! serve them right - it costs them so little extra to send recorded, and that wud stop them wandering off!!

for the record, mine was ball, numnums and mr squiggles..... so, whoever got is laughing, as balls and mr squiggles seem hard to come by (and dont i know it!!!!!!!!!!!)

still fuming bout it, poor ds wont be gettin them now, but am hoping i can sway his interest if he asks where mouse is (he doesnt understand word hamster, and keeps calling them mouse lol)

i queried this yest when i phoned, and was told it says that on every order, regardless how its sent!!!! so - royal mail and it wont need a sig, otherwise i think its dhl and that does need a sig!

My TRU order arrived on Tuesday, no signature needed, it was sent 2nd class and was left on doorstep!!!! On saying that tho it did say my order would be delivered before 7th Dec so it was early. Had to pay £9.95 postage tho cos I live in a remote area apparently!!!

TRU are being very quick to offer us refunds.........makes me wonder whether they actually had them in the first place.........
