Speaking of husbands, I was telling mine this morning that I'm still looking for a car or a slide (yes, decided a slide would be fun now, too!) and he became really serious and said that this has to stop and that I'm becoming obsessed!!!! DD walked into the room so we stopped talking about it so I later emailed him at work and tried to rationalise that we just can't give her the house without an add-on as that's no fun and that I'd keep looking BUT I stressed it is unlikely I'll find one this side of Christmas. It seemed to work as he didn't email me back with an enraged email!

I've left it so late. I got a house today and desperately need a hamster.

Any idea on what time the stock usually goes online at for those that people think may have more stock tomorrow.

I assume tru = toysrus and jl = john lewis?

Just got a surfboard off ebay £21.25 deliverd is it that bad??

The wheel and slide prices are going through the roof on ebay now. £40 ish with p&p is average for wheel and £45 inc p£p for the slide!!

I paid £20 from YTC for surfboard, at the end of the day as long as my daughter is delighted on xmas day thats all that matters xx

Yes a ball and a surf board

Not prepared to pay ebay prices so looks like a no go if the parcel really is lost.

Absolutely, it is a complete shambles and I have no idea if it will actually appear or it is lost somewhere in the Royal Mail system.

I would keep an eye on ebay - if theres a sudden surge in balls, skateboards and surfboards, you know where you TRU order went.

Stupid TRU not sending them recorded, this is gonna cost them a fortune in refunds.
