We only have funhouse and the 2 hammies - I didn't realise there were more things until it was too late to get hold of them!

some other people have had this problem, try replacing the batteries before panicking too much. the ones in there are for demo purposes inly and dont last very long.

I had the same problem with one of my hamsters. After I changed the batteries.. it was good as new. I would try to sort out the problem now, rather than on Christmas day (a broken toy is no fun!)

I'm the same!!! I have a funhouse and all 4 hammys but after the fiasco of the playset that turned out to be a hamster:mad: I will never buy from the JL website again (and told them so when I finally got my escalated complaint call back - 3 days late) but as it's on my faves I still find myself checking the website!!!

I gave up and bought the car from ebay....paid over the odds (just under £20 plus p&p) but as my brother gave me £60 to spend on my grandchildren I decided to get them something they could use with the hamsters I already had:rolleyes: His money paid for the funhouse as well:j and a bit of change to put towards the surfboard and u-turn:j
