I would email them, they have responded quickly to emails. Make sure its the email adress with i think its clientes in it not just a straight replt to emails they have sent you as i think they are no reply ones. I typed what i wanted to say and then used google translator to translate it and pasted it to my email bit. They seemed to understand what i was trying to say lol:rotfl:

Nightmare for me and these hamsters . After finaly getting to order one hamster and one "play set" from John lewis...guess what turns up ? Two hamsters . Pipsqueak and Num Nums.
Anyone want to trade a Hamster for any of the little playsets ? Not sure if its the right thread but need one for a xmas present.

It really was as i had not other bits except house and hammies befor. So worth it and it took me around 4 hours to put the order through if i remember. not sure what to do with half a house? maybe let my littles dd have half a house? Though I have not got her any hammies lol, was hoping big dd would share as she now has 5!

Yeah I know it's mad. Going to try and read a couple of mags, it's in their hands now.

can any one who has opened there spanis grand adventure tell me if the pink connector for the wheel is wrapped seperate like the blue one is for the slide? The only other connector bits in mine are wrapped up inside the half a house. I hope its not missing.

Thats it - I am officially finished with the hamster hunt - I have decided to order the Spanish set anyway - (only need the wheel and the slide) if it doesnt arrive before Christmas then I will tell dd that Santa's machine must have broke or something. Decided I cant wait around any longer for anyone in the UK to get in stock the Wheel or slide.

I am officially finished Hamster Hunting! Woooooohoooooo - I can get my life back :j:j:j
