Couldn't tell you where exactly. I had a Spanish friend check the site out for me yesterday and work out all the prices/delivery times. He said they quoted 21 days to the UK which is why I didn't order it from them.In urgent need of a large lottery win...0 -
I received my hammie order from Toysrus yesterday and they came in a big padded envelope. On inspection i noticed that the clear plastic on the boxes had fractured and was a bit split. Today I decided to ring the local Toysrus to see if I could exchange the hammies with the fractured plastic on the box. So I rang the store and they said they had been told that it was highly unlikely that they would get anymore in before xmas so an exchange wasn’t really an option.
So I rang TRU customer services and they said they didn’t have, and weren’t expecting anymore in either. She did make me laugh when she said they listed at midnight the other night to try and stop the website crashing – little did she know that as soon as they listed, it was reported by several people on here so they probably had hundreds of people quickly accessing their site anyway!!! :rotfl:
Anyway, she said they could collect them for a refund, or I could send them back freepost for a refund, or I could keep them and she would refund 2 lots of postage (All 4 I had ordered had the damaged boxes). So I went for the postage refund and thought it was worth posting on here in case anyone else had a similar problem as if you ring, you might just get your postage back :T:snow_laug Maximouse loves the build up to Christmas :santa2:0 -

At least you got yours! I was expecting Mr Squiggles and Chunk from TRU yesterday as I paid extra for the guaranteed delivery date... Still no sign.. The order tracker on their website tells me they were delivered in December 2008
Am eagerly awaiting their customer services team to get back to me...In urgent need of a large lottery win...0 -

I am worried now, I think I'll send an email to say to cancel if they can't deliver before christmas. Has anyone tried to phone them? I can't get through the spanish automated system the other end and speak to someone human (preferably one that speaks english), just endless what I guess to be press 1 for this, 2 for that etc.If you want to be rich, never, ever have kids0 -
