evening all I have finally got in from work....A big big thankyou to natalie whom has ordered my spanish set!!!! does anyone know if and when a conformation email will come? do u get a dispatched email or tracking number? x

I am grateful for your posts, I now succeeded in getting through the complete order and had the confusing success of my basket which had the item in is now empty but the history order is still is showing no order.

I am too scared to order a fourth time for fear that my credit card is going to be emptied. I only want one set.

thanks also to zangels, I think I'll wait for a reply via email and hopefully get confirmation or otherwise that way. I now think that may be they have no more stock, hence the order process going through but no order confirmation. do you think this might be the case, there is no way of knowing the stock levels.

i sent them an email asking for a tracking details and my address again to make sure they get my parcel correct will stick the email up here

Thats really kind of them, glad you have got it sorted. My conformation came through the next day. Once you get the email saying it has been despatched make sure you email them for the parcel tracking number.

more than welcome sweetie...hope everything gets to you perfectly! i got my dispatched email...also a good indicator is when the money comes out the bank...so i'll keep track of that for you (if i can dare to look at my balance!:eek:) xxx
