Grr.... am so angry with JL customer services 2 phone calls and no further forward. Apparently they have to investigate and takes up to 24hrs. Went to collect my playset today and guess what ... found nums nums! Anyone else had this problem?

A lot of people had this issue yesterday hun, apparently they'd ran out of playsets and substituted with hamsters (which I think is a load of you know what as they relisted playsets this morning apparently). When you speak to them demand compensation as a lot of OP's got a goodwill gesture of at least £10 xxx

My oh just said dont you think its about time you gave this hamster thing up? You have got the spanish set coming now so will have two add ons? :eek: I did say that was all i wanted but now i really want a sleep dome set after the great review, and also wouldnt mind the car but not that bthered about that, yet lol

Many thanks for the advice. I wouldn't care but rushed into town especially, should have really checked my parcel there and then. Poor old num nums in a huge box all on his own ...
