im still waiting for my delivery too should have been here yesterday but nothing yet and the post has been today.

You'd think for £4.95 TRU could manage to send out the stuff at least recorded delivery. They must be making a fortune sending everything Royal Mail untracked. Think I'm going to complain even if it does turn up.

Hi, Was wondering has anyone bought the handmade accessories (carrier & bed) as I only have 'chunk' for daughter for xmas and really need to get something else to go with it, have given up on trying to get the bigger items (house, ball, car etc) as I can't be on here waiting on stock to arrive all day long as I have 2 other kids under 3yrs, so have seen a few on ebay which are handmade and they look okay but just wondered if anyone has actually bought any and can recommened them or a seller to me.

    Thanks

My funhouse and two hamsters have just arrived from TRU from my order last Thursday! It was sent in a grey bag and had been sent by bog standard 2nd class post. It arrived with the postman. He must have loved holding that with all his letters too lol!

I am quite disappointed with Toys R Us. Their customer service has really been put to shame when compared to Cuddys or Hooray for Toys and Character Online. I won't be doing any more business with them for a while.

I think the price of the ebay auctions have come down as a result of this extra stock coming in. Ebay auction number 130348880884 A full set of hamsters plus the house for "only" a £20 markup seems not that bad compared to the continual pressing of the F5 button to refresh and possibly getting my life back. I should have never said that I would get some Hamsters as presents for my Nieces/Nephews!!!
that is only the start price though ...not a buy it now

I have had two conflicting info , one person was told we would efinately get our order (car) before xmas as they expecting delivery. That was last week. Yesterday someone said that they had rung and they weren't expecting anymore hamster stock before xmas  who knows

Yes but thats the starting bid, so it will probably reach over £100 in the auction as people are getting desperate, inc. me, but I won't be paying that money for those things - I have 2 other litle kids to think about as well as my daughter (who the hammy is for) if I can just get a carrier or bed for 'chunk' then I will be happy with that (just hope she is!)
