  • I wish mine weren't. They stick out like sore thumbs. People talk to DS like he's a 7yr old and then as me if something is wrong with him when he doesn't answer.

I know exactly what you mean,Isla doesnt start school until next september ,i cant tell you how many times i have been asked why she isnt at school and when i have said she isnt old enough they just look at me as if i am lieing.....Its only when i see my son with his class mates that i realise how much bigger than everyone else he is ....people expect so much more from them tho because they look older

DD is 5 next month and is now wearing 4-5 clothes but only just and as I said her feet are a teeny 8.5. She looks totally in proportion to me but I couldn't help but notice all the other kids in her class have gym shoes much bigger than hers- hence the discussion on shoe size lol :D xx
Please remember to thank fellow MSE'rs

Can you remember how quickly this happened after you ordered?
i had ordered the previous friday- ordered the friday, money out following thurs, email friday to say they'd been sent, email sat to say they'd arrived in uk then dhl tried to deliver them on tuesday, i was out so i had them on wednesday. from what i gather, it takes about 7-10 days for them to arrive- a much safer bet than toysrus!
July- coconut body shop body butter, pom bear football, mini johnsons lotion, Sally Hansen nail treatments

I guess one plus to the taller kids is that they can come out of booster chairs a lot earlier and use the adult seatbelts. Mine will probably still be in the boosters when they are 18 :rotfl:

Have the same with my DD1 she is five and a half and only in size 7 shoes, wears 3-4 clothing she is a wee little things, in year one at school but most of the reception kids are taller than her, everyone thinks she is soooooo cute at school, worked in her favour as the big kids love her to bits as she is so diddy :rotfl:
