I do feel a bit guilty cos the poor girl at the other end of the phone at TRU was being truley harrassed by all us hammy humters and I wasn't happy about getting refund cos I 'needed' my ball, and now its turned up and I've got a refund. I supposed it will even out some of the things I've bought over the RRP.

Look at the refund as compensation for the stress caused by thinking you weren't getting the ball I wouldn't give it a second thought after the way tru have treated customers lately xx

Been away for a bit - with OH in China - not a free second to myself - but I return to read about your dreadful accident. Really glad you're ok - that's a horrible experience and you have been amazing x
