my mum missed one once and was able to ring up the school and organise a one on one? ...seems unlikely you'll get nay more helpful info out of DH!

Evening all!

Am really fuming with JL, once again!!! :mad:

Posted a couple of times about how they took my order for a couple of playsets (still hoping for surfboard!) a few weeks back but couldn't fulfil the order as they took too many! No phone call/e-mail to explain I haad to phone them when they never arrived!

They told me that all of the backorders would be dealt with first if they came back in so I phoned them today after they listed as order still just says processing. Anyway the bloke said that there was no-way of knowing if I would get them, I might do but then I might not!

Is it me or is that just wrong? Surely they should have honoured all of the back-orders first before listing new stock?

VICKI - i would go back and edit your post and remove your email address to stop you recieving spam etc.

Oh dear, after giving ToysRus hell last week over the non arrival of my hammy ball and getting a refund, it arrived today. Whoops, what do you suggest I do?
