OMG I love it - Not intended for small children:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

other unique selling points include- these are not athletic glasses.....so remove them when the pets are active in the wheel, etc....or they will come off.
    and-
these are wire are have sharp ends....
    Should've gone to specsavers! :rotfl:

Just thought Fazeypie I could buy some of your invisible clothes for my invisible hamsters!!! (Make sure they're from a smoke free home though - wouldn't want them to smell):D:D:D

it is a smoke free home but i do have a dog so that may be a problem if you have allergies. i could knock a fiver off the rrp of £19.99 for the cloak if this will be a problem to compensate for you having to wash it when it arrives? it'll wash at 30 degrees but no fabric softener as this can compromise the integrity of the invisible properties.

If anyone wonders why they didn't get an e mail from Tesco today to advise that the hamsters were back in stock, the Tesco Direct customer services advised me that unbeknown to them, the notification e mail system had been turned off as there were 20,000+ requests to receive an e mail when they came back into stock

  • I was getting e-mails all day saying they were in stock at Tesco, seemed to be every hour or so I got about 5 e-mails saying the hamsters were all in stock, will have to go and unregister as I have hamsters now and the e-mails are filling up my inbox, at least if I was after any I wouldn't have missed out.

May be it was the more recent 20,000+ people that requested the e mail then :rotfl:

The only reason I knew about the email system was because I have a Mr Squiggles with a significant disability and the only way the customer services could arrange an exchange for me, was for their customer services to request to be sent an e mail when they came into stock (they don't have any other way of doing it so have to click on the same link that we do to be notified - Boots.com have the same type of system) so they could reserve a hamster for me as soon as they were listed and then they could sort out the exchange but they did not receive the notification. When they looked into it, that's when they found out that the notification system had been disabled. They contacted the warehouse to explain what happened to try and sort it out, but they were told that there were no hamsters left, and that none were coming in before xmas - so its back to the store I picked him up from for a refund.

    Jingle bells, Num Nums smells,
    Pipsquek ran away,
    The hamstermobile lost its wheels
But chunk & squiggles saved the day.

I haven't checked if any of the items I have bought are OK lol - it's all in the attic and I couldn't be bothered but then started hearing the stories on here. Bit too late to do anything about it now really so I just wait for the backlash on Christmas Day if the ball turns out to be a surfboard or a skateboard.

Christmas time, kiddies they will whine
    For those overpriced hamsters online
With cars in the boxes where blue balls should be
And notes from play saying awaiting delivery
