hi everyone, havent been on here for a while, dh just read about the go go hammie scare, on the aol news, it just mentions mr squiggles not the other hammies and i dont watch the news on the tele, so is it all hammies or just mr squigs.

Mr squiggles was tested, but all the hammies would be made from the same materials. Looking at the information links given in the last 3 pages this morning you can make up your own mind on the safety of them.

I'm worried about the apple & satsuma too, potential choking risk there.

I would say they could just sit in the corner quietly..but I know my lot too well and they would just find something potentially fatal in their clothes, hair, skin...

goodguide.com say they only tested Mr Squiggles. Looking at their site though they give lots of toys even lower safety ratings, including brands like lego, fur-real, fisher price, bratz...
  • I was always told as a child that seeds from fruit grew trees in my tummy, has this been tested?

If the store is noe OOS maybe it's worth airing it now to avoid a full inbox & time wasied with pm's. Time better put to finding the little bleeders!

Yes sorry everyone all oos now, was trying to think of the best way of passing on the info, I thought PM's would be best to save ebayers getting hold of info! Being relatively new to this though I did'nt realise I could only send one reply every minute!!

I heard from a man who knows someone who works for someone else who has an important job working as a something or other, that broccolli is apparently very very lethal if not treated with the utmost of caution

I heard it was sprouts, pays to be cautious, I'll avoid both, cheers for the 'Heads Up'.:rotfl:
