CCCS advised to only make token payments to creditors, and to advise them that I have seeked assistance and advice off CCCS. Have already contacted 2, didn't go down well but token payments accepted.
Quick update on other things. Granted residency order yesterday in court. Both children will reside with me, CSA contacted and maintenace to stop immediately. Family tax credit contacted and filled in online form. Finally child benefit office notified of my bank A/c so will be paid to me from now on, rather than to me but into my EX's A/c.
The cloud is lifting - a lot quicker than I could have wished.TOTAL DEBT £22962.67!!!!!!!!

My solicitor said we'll give it a few days for the dust to settle then apply for maintenance.
Looking at the CSA calculator - he should be paying approx 20% of his salary which would be around £500.
