credit limit increased with out permission, is there anything to claim

I too have been phoned - on my mobile no less my these *$+@~! Apparently i can claim money back form my catalogues as they have increased my limit without my consent. When i queried the T&Cs i signed they said you initially get a credit check so they know what you can afford and each increase should also have to be signed for. And to help me claim my money back they offer a no win no fee with....wait 4 it....a small fee of a 'refundable' £250 to be paid in advance!!! Oh purlease, move on to the next sucker!
