Sign up to nectar and collect points and redeem for £5 adams vouchers....and use in the sales! Sign up to quidco and redeem for boots vouchers and buy in the sales! Good luck with the new litte one!

Have you not looked in any local charity shops? Baby clothes tend to be outgrown rather than outworn.

Don't think anyone has mentioned the regular NCT nearly-new sales that are all over the country (although usually Spring and Autumn).

Although I don't have an online link, if you Google 'National Childbirth Trust' you will find the NCT website. On this is a list of SOME local NCT groups' nearly-new sales. This includes good quality second-hand clothes, toys and equipment (MOST of which is cheaply priced, it's down to the sellers what they ask and they are other Mums).

I have 4 children and have never been a member of the NCT (too expensive I thought at the time). BUT you can still go to NCT sales as a buyer, and most sales will also let non-members register to sell their stuff next time too.

I also found out through my local free paper about other nearly-new sales in my area which were run twice a year by local playgroups/churches etc. When you are there at the sale you can usually ask when the next one will be (some will take your address to send you a flyer at the time, or you could take a phone number to ring them when it's a the start of a new 'clothes season' to find out if they have a date for the sale yet).

It was a nice social scene for Mums & babies too....:o
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
