I'm looking at applying for a new card. I have a decent equifax rating, but poor experian as they can't trace me on the electoral register.
I can probably sort that out, but it will take a while, so I was just wondering which agency Egg use..

According to the Egg FAQ, they use all three...Which Credit Reference Agency do you use?
Experian, Equifax and Callcredit...

I think they use experian! Apply for all my family members and they searched Experian ONLY0

I recently applied or an Egg Money card and was rejected, so I sent off to the 3 credit agencies for my statutory credit files. Egg only checked with Experian and Experian had listed a default which I didnt have.
I phoned Egg up to explain and insisted on being assessed by a human being and not a machine. They kindly obliged, I had a phone interview and now I have an Egg card as well as getting that faulty default deleted from my Experian account.0 -
Egg searched Experian for me, that was the end of May. Barclaycard (if you don't already have one) tend to check Equifax, obviously it's not a guarantee but if you search this board you'll find that it's most peoples experience.0

I've just got a copy of my Experian file and there is a Barclaycard search listed on there.
I haven't seen my Equifax one yet.Do not allow the risk of failure to stop you trying!0
