Since my last reply, I am just being proved wrong. Just heard on the news that ASDA, part of WALLMARK are about to buy the 12 Safeway Stores in Northewrn Ireland.

I believe the Tesco humble pie is much nicer than the Asda own-brand - although there is rumour that they are both made by the same manufacturer.
