laptop deal (supposedly)

A few months ago I ordered (online, through a well-known and seemingly reputable company) a contract mobile phone which came with a free laptop.

The mobile was delivered quickly and the contract with the network provider commenced soon after.

However, the laptop wasn't delivered. After 2-3 months of a lot of chasing with disappointing results, I decided not to waste my time any further in this regard. I recently posted a written complaint, which I suspect may be ignored.

I would therefore be very grateful if someone could tell me what legal steps, if any, I can take to compel them to either provide the laptop or repudiate the original contract, as surely they are in clear breach of their obligations.

Many thanks

David.
